2 Males In New York State, one of which is named Felix Augusto, after his Grandfathers, both well known Top Herd shires in the US! The other male is named Oliverio, because he was born on our friends birthday, Olivia Tracey. Yes, that Olivia Tracey!
The Breeding Dam in England is Inca Phillipa, the Supreme Champion of Britian 2003. She is now breed to Galaxy the Supreme Champion of Britain 2004, who has produced incredible progeny. Those progeny star in the British Show Circuit!
We will be setting up our farm some time next year. We will be keeping alpacas in both New York and Ireland. We will be living in West Cork within a year, and will have alpacas there for you see, purchase or just learn about.
Our goal willl be to provide excellent support for our clients, once we get started, but in the meantime, we willl guide you to the best & most honest Breeders in Ireland.
So, information learned from direct experience, can help all those interested to avoid the mistakes & pitfalls that we have experienced. . .and we will share what we know for FREE!
Don't be fooled by the rhetoric! We have had the experience to guide you away from those who just want to make a quick buck, and on to those that really care about alpacas and will tell you the absolute truth! And let the chips fall where they may!

At the same time, we will be relying on advice from those in Ireland who are making great strides in the care of alpacas in Ireland!

Ireland | | About this breeder: | Alpacas of Ireland was started in 2001 when Xandria Williams inherited fifteen acres of land. Wondering what to do with it she realised that, although wet and unsuitable for any other animals, it was ideal for alpacas.
Animals were imported from Canada (top quality Peruvian bred) and France (good Chilean bred animals) and many have since been born on farm.
Since then we have sold into 10 counties throughout Ireland.
The herd consists of over 100 animals, Huacayas and Suris of all colours, over fifty of which are for sale.
We recently acquired the BAS National Supreme Champion and two other 2003 prize winning females and are focused on improving the genetics and quality of the animals.
As the largest breeder in the country we also focus on running a variety of training courses including husbandry, animal assessment, fleece, and spinning.
We have fleece, yarn and products for sale from our own animals and other alpaca products.
We offer agistment services, stud services, can arrange for shearing and scanning and are actively promoting the growth and development of the Alpaca industry in Ireland.
We welcome visitors, to watch, ask, or go 'hands on' and get involved in our activitirs, and are happy to talk or email with anyone interested in finding out more.
