Smudgio Rosatus — affectionately known as Smudge — is a striking rose grey weanling alpaca.
Smudge stands out with his beautifully marked large eye patches, giving him a distinctive and highly attractive appearance that’s sure to catch attention in any herd. He also boasts a dense, high-quality, long stapled fleece with excellent coverage, offering strong potential for future fibre production.
Bred from strong grey genetics, his sire is a rose grey, with a low micron fleece and his dam a silver grey, giving him excellent pedigree potential for colour breeding programmes. Well-grown and thriving, Smudge is a healthy youngster, up to date with vaccinations and routine husbandry, with a calm, chilled nature and an inquisitive temperament, making him easy to handle and a pleasure to have around.
