Description
Debonair’s pedigree reads like a roll call of top Snowmass genetics on his sire’s side allied to the very best international black genetics on his dam’s side. Debonair’s sire is Snowmass Bronze Royalty, his grandsire Snowmass Matrix Midnight and his great grandsire Snowmass Matrix (sold at auction in the US at $675,000 – the highest recorded price paid for an alpaca at auction). On his dam’s side is Lilyfield Jack of Spades and Canchones Witness – two globally important black stud males.
Debonair has a wonderful phenotype and is a compact well proportioned male with great substance of bone. He has a dense fleece, very uniform in colour - all in all a fabulous genetic package.
A multi proven stud male producing quality offspring. He has a quiet temperament , is halter trained, well mannered and easy to handle. He has external breedings already requested locally for 2026. His colour genetics allow for a range of colour outcomes including black however we are reducing our stud availability as he is not a core colour in our internal breeding program. He was purchased alongside Artwork American Legend who is also offered for sale in 2026.
