Rocky is a magnificent male, he stands are a large correct frame, exhibiting great substance of bone, solid frame, broad chest and true to type head. He carries a fine, dense uniformed fleece, showing good brightness and staple length.

Rocky's offspring are all true black, carrying his impressive frame and uniformity of colour & micron. Applegarth Merlin, born in 2023, exhibits an ultrafine 1st fleece MIC AVG: 17.9, SD: 3.1 CF%99.9, exceptional stats for a black fleece. Fleece stats coming soon for 2024 progeny.
WHY ARE WE SELLING ROCKY?
Rocky is our homegrown boy, he was eager to start working aged 2, and we had his first cria on the ground in 2022. Since 2022, we have had many gorgeous cria from him, ALL TRUE BLACK of course! He has significantly improved our black herd programme, but now we need to move him on as he is closely genetically connected to a large share of our herd now. Rocky is such a personality, everybody who meets him loves him, and he hums to everyone! We will be sad to see Rocky leave our herd, and we are looking for a new 5* home where he can continue working improving another breeders' black herd programme.
Up-to-date with vaccinations & husbandry, last shearing date 9th May 2025.

Can deliver within the Blue tongue restriction zone, and after 1st July can deliver anywhere in England and Wales. Delivery is free up to 100 miles.
