Description
Hobnob, a gentle and sweet-natured gelding is seeking a loving home with a companion herd. This friendly fellow enjoys the company of people, particularly children, making him a delightful addition to any family.
Hobnob's sire, Surtierra Shadow, is renowned in the alpaca world as a black sire known for consistently improving the fleece quality of his offspring. While Hobnob may not follow in his father's footsteps as a stud, he possesses many desirable qualities and would be a wonderful addition to any herd.
Our gelded boys are sold in groups of three or more after reaching 18 months of age and completing halter training. We prioritise easy handling from the start. Our crias enjoy weekly weigh-ins, and from six months onwards, monthly weigh-ins ensure they are accustomed to human interaction. This regular handling results in calm, easy-to-handle alpacas that are a joy to work with.
