Description
Willowbrook Touchdown is a super cute, true to type, light brown intact male huacaya, with very fluffy ears! He will be approaching three years old towards the end of this summer 2024. He has exceptional breeding, but equally important, he has a lovely temperament and will walk happily on a halter.
Touchdown has inherited many of his sire’s (Kurrawa Legends Bandido) positive attributes. He has great strength of bone and conformation, a gorgeous head type, and his fleece has amazing coverage that exhibits notable fineness and brightness, with an appealing soft handle.
Touchdown is being sold as a non-breeding male, and would be equally suited to a home with someone who has an interest in crafts (spinning, knitting or felting) as his fleece would make a high quality yarn, or as a companion animal due to his particularly gentle and intelligent character.
Alpacas are herd animals and should be kept in a group of preferably at least three or more for their own well-being. We would ideally like to sell Touchdown with his field mates, Gold Nugget (mid fawn), and Atomic, solid white, as they have a strong, established bond. A discount package is available with the purchase of all three high quality males (please refer to the other listings from Willowbrook Alpacas).
