Description
Chanel’s Gold is the 2nd son of stud male – Golden Promise. Like his father
(2nd Futurity 2010), and elder brother (1st in 2013), he took at front row place at the 2015
British Alpaca Futurity in the highly contested “Junior Light Male” class.
His pedigree is top -drawer combining multiple winner of the National and Futurity-
Bozedown Galaxy – (arguably Europe’s most pre-potent male) & Dovecote Jacquinto,
himself a Futurity Champion with our own Chanel – a great Peruvian female with a very low
maturity co-efficient and at the head of our B line genetics. Her 12th fleece measured much
finer than many cria at a stunning 21 microns and 96% comfort factor and has produced
some of the finest fleeced animals within our herd.
As planned and hoped for, Chanel’s Gold has clearly inherited the super fineness associated
with the animals in his pedigree and combines this with a splendid head type and a fantastic
personality.
