Description
Cold Comfort Blousy is the product of Bozedown and EP Cambridge genetics. Her sire, Bozedown North Star, had a 16.9micron from his first fleece and retained his fineness in his 4th fleece with a 19.9micron. She is also full sister to our supreme champion Cold Comfort Atticus. Blousy is a really attractive alpaca, very gentle and calm in her nature. She has a true-to-type head shape and confirmation to match. Her superfine, bright white fleece has a lovely soft handle and impressive staple length at 115mm (after just 9 months growth). Interestingly she was born with a dark fawn ear (coming from 2 solid white parents). This means that she could possibly throw colour to her next cria, which gives exciting breeding options. Her first cria (female), born in May 2020, was beige. This summer she produced a lovely white boy with our champion stud Fowberry Debonair.
