The only offspring from the impressive stud Popham Thunder, Rafa is an outstanding young male, with great stud potential. His Dam is our most elegant Barton Romany, direct descendant from Cambridge Centurion, and her Dam?s Sire is Koricancha Sinbad of Wessex! The Sire hardly requires introduction, and is one of the foremost black studs in UK, with his Sire Daer Enahs Streslecki of Cambridge, and the Dam?s Sire is Benjiro of Alpaca Stud. Those amazing genetics have given us a most handsome young male who, in his very first showing, came second only to the eventual black champion at the BAS National Show.
Quite apart from his lovely conformation and a soft, true black (blue black) fleece full of character and with great density, Rafa is our most friendly yearling, incredibly curious and needs to be involved in everything that goes on at the paddock.
