Description
Crusader made his mark early on, and continues to impress us with the fineness of his fleece and the density of his fibre. He has grown into a fine young male; solid structure and excellent conformation.
Crusader's sire is Birchleaf Xxtreme, our true black herdsire and Reserve Champion. Xxtreme's dense fleece exhibits shine and softness, along with tight crimp. Xxtreme's maternal grandsire is RFA Turk.
Crusader's dam, Lightning, retained her fleece fineness through the years. We expect that Crusader's fleece will be the same, as he has inherited her fleece character.
Crusader has a lot of black and grey in his background and his fleece is looking more grey as he matures. We are looking forward to showing him again in 2012.
