Elgar's dam, Fowberry Melina simply can't produce an average cria, with all her sons being herd-sires. Her championship-winning fawn progeny to Nobility are exceptional in correctness of conformation and fleece traits. Elgar is a well grown boy, who will be working in 2020. His fleece is dense, fine, organised and with excellent staple definition; 1st Fleece - 10 months growth at shearing: 150mm length. 2nd Fleece 4.78kgs and 140mm length. Both fleeces to view.
A trait passed down from sire Nobility and his line is uniformity of character across the entire body; part of the reason Nobility has an unbeaten fawn show record.This uniformity and fineness, coverage and density of Elgar's fleece must be viewed and handled to be appreciated.
