We have made an incredibly tough decision to sell our beautiful beige herdsire -
Houghton Bond. We are downsizing our lighter colours and therefore he simply will not be getting the work he deserves. We’ve had this stunning boy 3 years and he has really made an impact on our herd. He leaves us with several truly elite offspring who will carry on this line through our herd.
Houghton Bond has incredible density, uniformity, fineness, staple length, brightness and beautiful greasy handle which he passes on to each and every offspring. Along with fantastic stature, and lovely true to type head and short muzzle. He has thrown anything from white to dark brown and a much higher percentage being female!
He has the most wonderful temperament - a little timid but a true gentle giant.

He cut over 8kgs on his adult fleece and his son who we are retaining cut almost 6kg on his 2nd fleece.

His sire is Elsendale Fernando a multiple champion fawn male who was imported from Australia, his dam being Benleigh Belladonna, a beautiful female who also produced Supreme champion Houghton Bellino.

This male is certainly one to be considered by the serious breeder.
