Miss Mac is a very attractive blue black female with a pedigree entirely from Australian and New Zealand bloodlines. This southern hemisphere pedigree is almost entirely black. Making her an attractive proposition for someone breeding black alpacas.

Built on a good solid bone structure with a very pleasing true to type head style Miss Mac is an attractive proven breeding female.

Her fleece is reasonably dense and fine for her age and she grows a good staple length with low levels of guard hair.

Miss Mac has been covered by the dark brown double National Champion Toft Timogen who is passing on his fineness and more importantly his longjevity of fineness. Timogen cut his 7th fleece this year with and AFD of 18.9 microns.

Timogen is also proven to produce black progeny when put over a black female.

Miss Mac is halter trained, inquisitive, very friendly and easy to handle. She will happily stick her head in a bucket of food that I am carrying as I am trying to feed the rest of the group.

I feel this is an exciting coupling with great potential.

We pride ourself on our bio-security here at Patou with an electrified badger proof perimeter fence surrounding the farm. We also voluntarily bTb test the whole herd every year using the Enferplex blood test.

The whole herd was tested in August 2020 and all tested negative.
