Description
Tywin is a good proven stud male with an excellent pedigree including Accoyo Remarque and was sired by the elite imported fawn male Cambridge Hurricane.
Tywin has good solid conformation and an excellent fleece. He has been very successful in the show ring having been placed 1st in two highly competitive fleece classes and 5th in a huge halter class at the spring fiesta!
In 2017 he came second at the Bath and West Show and most recently was placed 3rd at the 2017 Heart of England Fleece Show.
His fleece shows extreme brightness, and lustre with excellent staple length, soft handle and good density. He has good coverage and organisation throughout the fleece.
In May 2019 we had a herd evaluation carried out by top breeder and International judge Tim Hey of Inca alpacas. He was impressed with Tywin and commented:
“Faerie Tale Tywin Solid light fawn
Evaluation:
Long stapled male with a good frame, well covered in fleece with good density and fineness.”
In 2019 his first cria was born and we were very happy with the result so have used him extensively over our females. His cria display high quality fleeces showing extreme brightness, soft handle lovely crimp and impressive staple length.
Only for sale as we are focusing on extending our grey and Appaloosa breeding.
Tywin would make an excellent proven stud male for breeders wishing to produce quality whites and fawns at a reasonable price.
