Orion is the very pleasing result of combining the genetics of Valentino and Bellarine. He has superb conformation and bone structure and a very soft handling, crimpy, dense fleece. Born very light fawn, Orion is now white. His crias have been very nice quality. All of our fibre stats are from grid tests. A mid side sample would give finer results.

Kite is a well conformed, very sturdy male with an impeccable pedigree. His sire, Winterbrook Prince John has 09 stats of 22.6, 4.3 and 95.2 % CF at 11 years of age. In Kite's family tree are Highlander, Iceman and Peruvian Sonoma along with several excellent females. His fleece is extremely dense and lustrous with well defined crimp and bundles. The softness is incredible. Daisy Bank Alpacas is very pleased to have purchased Kite at the recent Windsong Valley Auction. Kite has produced one cria to date, a very nice white male from a dark fawn female. Fibre data is from a grid test.

Bellarine is an outstanding male and his influence on our herd has been considerable. At 10 years of age his fleece remains soft, lustrous and crimpy. His fleece is remarkably free of guard hair and he has passed his fleece characteristics on to his offspring. He has strong bone and excellent conformation. His 2011 fleece stats are from a grid test which gives a higher result than a mid side test. Bellarine has produced crias of all colours from white to black, including grey. He is a lovely golden fawn colour.
